This series of photos comes from Tao Lin. Lin is focusing in on how connected our society is today. I mean, even right now to whoever may read this. You are participating in being connected to technology! Most of us these days are totally unaware of how connected we are but this series really highlights just how dependent we are.

This series of photos comes from the Hungarian photographer Flora Borsi. Borsi has imagined what the models of abstract paintings would look like in real life and creates some pretty entertaining images.

This series of photos comes form photographer Romain Jacquet-Lagreze. He visited Hong Kong in 2009 and created these mesmerizingly beautiful photographs. I enjoy them because some of them have a really supernatural feel, like they just can't be real.

These photographs come from Henry Hargreaves. He decided he wanted to photograph riders of different bands. He chose to keep it minimal to better help the viewer connect better with the items shown to help give a glimpse into someone's interests. I think they're really interesting. He also does lots of other interesting work.

Here are some beautiful pictures of waves from photographers Pierre Carreau. While all the images are beautiful, I'm most attracted to the photographs of the waves that are still in motion, that haven't broken yet. These particular ones feel more like glass or ice to me than a wave.

This series of portraits, called "Created Equal," are very beautiful and incredibly thought provoking. I always find portraiture inspiring because it's something I'm not gifting at creating myself. Nonetheless, these are very beautiful images.
